Nikon Ti2 spinning disc microscope equipped with SoRa unit and TIRF unit

Description: This inverted microscope from Nikon has a Yokogawa CSU W1 spinning disc unit with two Hamamatsu sCMOS cameras. In addition, the microscope has a Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy unit and is equipped with an incubation chamber for live cell microscopy. The microscope is fully programmable via the JOBS module in the Nikon NIS Elements software. The microscope is operated in a biological safety level 2 (BSL2) laboratory.

Main applications: Spinning disc confocal microscopy, TIRF, live cell microscopy, scanning of multiwell plates.
