Presentation: 15 November 13-15h in the CSSB lecture hall
General troubleshooting in column chromatography with Dr Siele, Äkta Specialist, Cytiva
Western blotting: Filling the gap between art & science: Key factors to consistent, quantifiable data with Dr. Stephanie Runde, Imaging and Western Blotting Specialist, Cytiva
Workshop: 16 November at 9-11h, 11:30-13:30h, 14-16h in the Protein Production Core Facility laboratory
Protein Purification: Maintenance & care on the instrument (without disassembling pumps), connecting columns, active Q&A session on the Äkta pure.
Western Blotting: Optimisation by using the SNOW mode, active Q&A on the ImageQuant 800

The capacity of participants for the workshops is limited, therefore we may have to limit the participants to one person/working group. Participation in the previous seminar is a prerequisite for the workshop. Participation is free of charge and a certificate of attendance can be issued.
